Episode 2 Palm of the Hand

Satoru suddenly finds himself back in 1988. That is the work of “Revival,” a phenomenon by which he can prevent crimes and accidents through going back in time before they occur and intervening. After returning to his childhood, Satoru quickly realizes that his mother is alive and well. He thinks about the time she was “lost” in the future and makes a vow to save her. He believes it may be possible with Revival, if he can locate the trigger event and resolve it. The problem is he doesn’t know why he traveled back 18 years, nor where the “trigger” is. But then a girl passes by him…
